2. Make "OK" symbol from your forefinger and thumb, then grip your penis tightly (bottom area) with your "OK" symbol.

4. Repeat step 3 at least 200 times and you need to exercise slowly and carefully. If your penis is too hard, you should stop about 5 minutes and then continue.
